EvaCircle is a free resource network operated by EvaGenomics ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains what information we collect when you visit evacircle.lovable.app or use our services, and what we do with it.

- Waitlist & account info: your email address, and — if you create an account — your name and password (stored hashed).
- Partner applications: business name, contact name, email, category, description, website, and proposed member discount.
- Usage data: pages visited, device/browser type, and general location (from IP address) via standard server logs.
- Cookies: we use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences.
3. How we use your information
- To operate the site, authenticate members, and respond to inquiries.
- To review and manage partner listings.
- To send you occasional updates about EvaCircle (you can unsubscribe at any time).
- To detect abuse and keep the service secure.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share limited data with service providers who help us operate the site (for example, hosting, authentication, email delivery, and analytics). Partner listings you view may link to third-party websites with their own privacy practices.
5. Data retention
We keep account and application data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion at any time (see contact below).
