By accessing or using EvaCircle (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What EvaCircle is

EvaCircle is a free directory of partners, curated resources, and community tools for individuals navigating autism, autoimmune, and rare disease. Listings are provided by third-party partners.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account.

4. Acceptable use

  • No unlawful, harmful, misleading, or abusive content.
  • No scraping, reverse-engineering, or bypassing security controls.
  • No impersonation, spam, or interference with the Service or its users.

5. Partner listings

Partners are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and any offers or discounts they provide. EvaCircle does not endorse, verify, or guarantee any partner or service. Any transaction you enter into with a partner is solely between you and that partner.

7. Intellectual property

EvaCircle, the EvaCircle name and logo, and the design and code of the Service are owned by EvaGenomics. You retain ownership of content you submit, and grant us a limited license to host and display it as needed to operate the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose risk to users or the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EvaGenomics will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
